Menu I
- French baby greens with sesame-lemon vinaigrette (pre-set on table)
- Marinated grilled skewered shrimp - and - Skewered chicken satay, both served with Thai-style peanut sauce
- Chinese noodles with scallions, in a soy-based dressing
- Asian-style medley of seasonal vegetables

Menu II
- French baby greens with hazelnut-crusted Chevre cheese served with raspberry vinaigrette (pre-set on table)
- Marinated flank steak stuffed with a touch of ricotta, arugula, fresh basil, and red pepper, served with hunter sauce
- Filet of Flounder stuffed with spinach, feta, and leek, served with a dollop of sun-dried tomato pesto
- Couscous with fresh basil, tomato, and a lemon olive oil dressing
- Chef's choice of fresh vegetable
- French bread and butter
- Dessert, coffee, and iced tea
